I ordered the Dominant Dog Collar 2.0 and measured wrong. I called the customer service number and left a message. The owner called me back in minutes and offered to exchange it for a bigger size and shipped it forward to another address as I was headed out of town the next day. The collar itself is very well made and I love how the rings move easily on the round cord. Will definitely be purchasing more products in the future!
