Right size at a good price

Good product, incorrect sizing

It's a well made product, unfortunately dude doesn't understand how to measure and size his own product. Not going to waste my time or energy arguing with him, I'll take the loss. My collar measured 1 1/4" too big over listed size. Dog measured 16.5-17", ordered 17, got 18.25"
Good luck getting the correct size.

I appreciate the review. I did answer your email pertaining to the sizing of the collar with an explaination of how to measure the collar (leaving out the live ring, as it sits outside of the circumfrence of your dog's neck). I also offered to replace the collar you have with whatever measurement you needed. I will not argue with you either. It is my product and I measure it how I measure it. That being said I will also not allow you to except the loss and I have issued a full refund of the product.
